Assignment: Entrepreneur Web Article- Charting the Text

In Google Classroom, read the  article  "New ways to strike it rich on the Web." 
When you are done reading, summarize each of the sections in your words in the attached Google Doc in Google Classroom.  When summarizing, think about the Who, What, Why, How.  Who is the article about? What is the business they are doing? Why did they decide to create this business? How are they doing? (making money? Expanding? Failing?)

Read pp 3-5 (Econ Textbook) to understand Land, Labor, and Capital and take notes on each factor.

Activity #2: Think of a product you use on a regular basis and write it down on your paper. Make a list of 20 things that go into the production of that product. (Things that have to happen in order for that product to be produced, not sold).  After you write down 20 things, write down whether it is an example of Land, Labor, or Capital next to each thing.

Property Analysis Project
Today we began our Property Analysis Project.  This will take the next two-three classes as we learn how to find and analyze a deal.

Go to Google Classroom- You will see 5 documents.  Two are analyzers which you will use to analyze two deals (one on each Sheet)
You will then put them down on a side by side comparison (Investment Analysis)
The Rental specifics sheet make up the directions for the assignment
The final sheet is the Property Analyzer questions to be completed at the end.
