Make your own pie chart on where you would like to see tax dollars spent. The example is the US division of income taxes in 2014
Create your own Pie Chart for Federal spending. You can add or remove programs you don't want. You % total must equal 100%. You are essentially creating a Federal Budget according to how you would like to see it done.
